Sustainable Food Center, the operators of the Austin Farmers’ Market and the new SFC Farmers' Market at Sunset Valley, have long been at the forefront of reaching out to ALL of Central Texas to incorporate institutional support and networks that help lower barriers to fresh, local foods, educate everyone about how to use foods wisely and healthfully, and to create a strong local food system.
